30-Day Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. If you're unhappy with your order for any reason, reach out to us at contact@yappyboo.com.

Cancellation Policy

Changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, your order may already be in processing and cannot be changed. Approved cancellations within 24 hours will be refunded within 10 business days.

Returns & Refunds

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Used, worn, or damaged items due to misuse or normal wear are not eligible for refund.
  • Unauthorized or late returns may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

To start a return, email us with your order number and reason for return. All returns must be approved before shipping. Include your name and order number inside the package.

Once your return is received and inspected (within 10 business days), please allow up to 40 business days from the approval date for your refund to process.

Refunds are issued in USD ($). Currency exchange fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Product Concerns

Use our products according to the instructions provided. We are not responsible for injuries or damage caused by misuse. If you experience any discomfort while using our products, stop using them immediately and contact us. We’ll do our best to assist.

Damaged Items

We package all orders with care. If your product arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Email us with a clear photo of the damage so we can evaluate and determine if you're eligible for a replacement.

Note: Minor packaging damage (e.g., dented box) is not considered a damaged product.

We do not offer refunds for damage caused by wear, normal use, or misuse.

Shipping & Delivery

We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost or stolen packages, or issues caused by couriers, customs, or other third parties. Please contact the courier directly for delivery issues.
